I did this with 755 and 760 before. Sorry but I can't find my boot / install
disks.
If your problem is that you want to install OS/2 itself, there are
solutions. Boot the good old DOS , access the CD-ROM drive, copy the
os2image directories to the harddrive, modify the Disk 1 to point the
SOURCEPATH to that directory, and you can install now.
Once installed, you can install the PCMCIA drivers and examine your
config.sys. Eventually you will be able to create a disk with all the
necessary files on it. I used later IBM TR 16/4 and I was able to boot from
the network, apply CSD from there and create FULL image backup with XCopy /H
/O /T /S /E /R /V to the network.
